The basics of Qigong are Love, Forgiveness, Kindness and Compassion.


Compassion is sympathy, pity and concern for the misfortune of others but spiritually you have the connection from the heart level and you have concern for their sufferings. You want to take action for it.


Some people have more compassion than others.Those who have more time to go deep, will have deep compassion and they can serve the world. How can we bring out this compassion to serve others? Sympathy is not enough. You need to take action:

-Notice the compassion.-Bring it out by having the connection every day between you and your heart.-You have the moment to be quiet and activate the love energy to send support. But if you are too busy you won’t have the connection and be able to activate the compassion.


Practising Qigong can help you to go deep into your heart to activate that compassion and forgiveness energy. It is not just through money and donations but do it from your heart. Meditate and send love to those needing help. Slow down your life.

You become a spring of energy and wisdom and you can help more people with your love and serenity with others.
